We shipped the Training module — a full LMS that turns your own compliance policies into tailored courses, tracks completion, and generates audit evidence automatically. No more cobbling together generic third-party content or scrambling at audit time.

What it does

• Policy → course in minutes — reuse any of existing documents and AI generates lessons, quizzes, and explanations built from your policies
• Human-in-the-loop review — every AI-generated lesson and question goes through admin approval. Edit, regenerate with instructions, or bulk-approve when satisfied
• Smart assignment — document-based auto-enrollment (users assigned to a policy get enrolled when its course publishes), plus group, role-based, and individual enrollment
• Learner experience — self-paced lessons, configurable quizzes (MC, true/false, select-all), immediate scoring, per-question explanations on failure, guided retries within attempt limits
• Automatic evidence — passing a course creates Compliance::Evidence linked to mapped controls. Includes who, when, score, attempt, and controls satisfied
• Recertification built in — configurable renewal periods (30/90/180/365d) with auto re-enrollment, expiry notifications, and evidence versioning for continuous compliance
• Downloadable PDF certificates with employee name, course, date, score, unique ID
• Training dashboard — enrolled/completed/overdue/expiring-soon counts, per-course completion rates, control-coverage gap analysis
